Hello,

Welcome new and returning members to the 2008-2009 District #9 rodeo team.

Here is some information regarding your Commitment obligation.

lEvery year, each member must fulfill a commitment in the amount of $200.00 (amount revised for 2008/2009). This is in addition to your membership fees, and is due by the 4^th rodeo. This effort pays for year-end awards.

lThis can be accomplished by a personal donation, or outside donations through sales of banners and program advertisements.

lBanner information and business cards must be preprinted or computer generated—no drawings, please.

Attached is a sample letter that can be copied for your use.

CHSRA Sundowner Trailer Raffle

· This program is not only designed to help High School Rodeo as a whole but it supports the CHSRA Scholarship Fund. 20% of all sales goes to the Scholarship Fund

· Each student is required to sell a minimum of $150.00 worth of tickets. This money is due to your District secretary, Jeanne Reyes, no later than February 20, 2009 in order to be in “good standings” with High School Rodeo.

· Additional tickets may be sold up to the week of State Finals.

· These tickets are like money. If they are lost, washed, stolen, dog ate them, etc. the student is responsible for the money due.

· If anyone is representing High School Rodeo at fairs, special events, shows etc. and would like to sell tickets, they can check out more tickets from Jeanne Reyes.
